Production was planned on spreadsheets: material shortages surfaced on the shop floor, work in progress was invisible until it was done, and the real cost of a finished good was only known after the fact.
Implemented ERPNext's manufacturing module end to end. Multi-level BOMs with operations and routings define how each product is made, Production Plans turn sales orders into work orders and material requests in one step, job cards track every operation on its workstation, and quality inspections gate finished goods before they reach stock. Custom Frappe doctypes, server scripts and print formats covered what the standard module didn't.

frappe/frappe is the open-source framework behind ERPNext, used by thousands of companies to run their business. I don't just use it. I send pull requests upstream that the core team reviews and merges.
Converted technical filter operators into plain-English statements in Frappe's Link field filters, so non-technical users can understand what a filter is actually doing.
Dec 2025Added a new System Settings toggle to prevent accidental public file exposure — closes a real security gap on Frappe sites with many non-technical users.
Nov 2025Fixed a UI inconsistency where the Duration field (Days/Hours/Minutes/Seconds) inside child tables was missing background styling and misaligned.
Nov 2025Proposed a new upload_public_files permission so admins can allow public uploads for one DocType (e.g. Item) while restricting another (e.g. Customer). Reviewed, not merged.
